Important
By accessing the DIGITALOG website and its
content and/or updates thereof, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this licence agreement.
User access
By acquiring the right to access the DIGITALOG
website and its content and/or updates thereof,
under a valid subscription agreement, you have
obtained the non-exclusive right to one of the
number of simultaneous "uses" of DIGITALOG, its
contents and/or updates thereof
("Authorized Use(s)"), indicated in your Firm's
Annual Subscription Agreement, solely in accordance
with this Agreement.
It is the responsibility of your Firm
(and specifically your designated DIGITALOG contact)
to ensure that the number of concurrent uses of DIGITALOG
and its content and/or updates thereof, shall not exceed
the number of Authorized Uses.
Restrictions
You may not and you may not permit others to
- disassemble, decompile or otherwise derive source code from the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof,
- reverse engineer the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof,
- modify or prepare derivative works of the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof,
- copy the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof,
- rent or lease the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof,
- use the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof, in an on-line system,
- use the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof, in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another party, or
- transfer access to the DIGITALOG website and its content and/or updates thereof or any copy thereof to another party unless such party agrees to the terms of this licence agreement and Deloitte is notified of this transfer.
Notice
We used our best efforts in developing DIGITALOG.
Nevertheless, we decline all responsibility
resulting from the use of this documentation;
only the original texts have binding force.
We recommend that you seek appropriate professional
advice before taking any action based on this
documentation.
Copyright
The DIGITALOG website and its content and updates
thereof are owned by Deloitte and are protected by
law.
Termination
This licence agreement is valid for the period
specified in the subscription agreement. It may
be terminated immediately by Deloitte in the event
of breach thereof by a Subscriber Firm or user. In
such cases access to the DIGITALOG website and its
content and updates thereof shall be summarily
withdrawn. Without prejudice to further damages,
there will in such cases be no reimbursement of
license fees already paid.
Disclaimer
The publisher disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, including the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. The publisher shall not be
liable for any damage or loss of any kind arising
out of or resulting from use of the digitalog
website content (or updates thereof)
(including data loss or corruption),
regardless of whether such liability is based in
tort, contract or otherwise. If the foregoing
limitation is held to be unenforceable, the
publishers' maximum liability to you shall not
exceed the amount of the license fees paid by you
for access to the DIGITALOG website.
